Plot

Whiff gets covered in dirty tin cans. He needs a washdown, but Whiff doesn't want one. He soon meets Scruff. Scruff tells he'll be dirty again soon. Sir Topham Hatt arrives and talks Whiff into having a washdown. Whiff soon has a wasdown, however he is now really dirty!
