The Refreshment Lady works in The Refreshment's stand at the Mountain Station on the Skarloey Railway, When she opened The Stand for the summer holiday, Sir Handel and Duncan were chosen for take freight cars of food for her, and they are good friends of her. Peter Sam is also friends with her.
