Mr. Fergus Duncan is the owner of the small arlesdale railway, his nickname refers to the fact that his railway is often called the Small Railway.
Bio[]
Fergus Duncan runs the little small railway at Arlesdale. While the region and the railway were seeking for ballast and the railway was being built, He was hired by Sir Topham Hatt to keep things in order. He found no trouble doing so with the heritage-looking stretch of line.
He's very passionate about his work and devote to his railway, and did not get married.

- Fergus Duncan's appearance on the television series was partially done thanks to a suggestion thread made on the TalkThomas Fb page. Charles de Medeis was one who asked for his returnee.
